Response Amount definition

Response Amount means the amount that the University proposes to pay to the Contractor in the Payment Certificate issued pursuant to Clause 32.2(1).
Response Amount means the amount that the Superintending Officer proposes to pay to the Contractor in the Payment Certificate issued pursuant to Clause 34.2(1).
