Response Submission definition

Response Submission has the meaning given to that term in Condition 59.6(C);
Response Submission means a formal response by a Bidder or Proponent to a Solicitation Invitation in the form of a bid, tender, quotation or proposal. “Services” means labor, resources and materials provided by the Supplier as required to perform the Agreement as executed;

  • Written modifications will not be accepted after the Response Submission Deadline.

  • SSC will accept an email response received in the first 24 hours after the closing date and time only if the Respondent can demonstrate that any delay in delivering the email to the SSC Email Address for Response Submission is due to Canada’s systems.

  • Notice of Dissatisfaction means the notice given by either Party to the other indicating its dissatisfaction and intention to commence arbitration.
