Responsible Representatives definition

Responsible Representatives means (a) in the case of any transaction in which the value of any assets disposed of or received have a value of less than $5,000,000 or in which payments made are less than $5,000,000, the chief executive officer, chief financial officer or chief operating officer of the Company, and (b) in the case of any other transaction, the Board of Directors of the General Partner.

  • Authorised Authority Representative means the Authority representative named in CCN as authorised to approve agreed Variations to the Contract.
