Restaurant Improvements definition

Restaurant Improvements means any and all necessary restaurant construction improvements necessary to complete the restaurant pursuant to the approved plans issued for bid dated August 29, 2008 and the bid specifications dated September 2, 2008.
Restaurant Improvements means a full-service restaurant consisting of approximately ( ) square feet, ( ) parking spaces and other related improvements to be developed and operated by the Developer on the Property. The operating standard for the Restaurant Improvements are more particularly set forth in Article 2.
Restaurant Improvements means any and all necessary restaurant construction improvements necessary to complete a restaurant in the Premises pursuant to the approved plans issued for bid dated August 29, 2008 and the bid specifications dated September 2, 2008.

  • City shall not be liable for completion of any construction, installation or renovation of Restaurant Improvements initiated by Lessee, or its sub-lessees, assignees, licensees, concessionaires or permittees, and City shall be held harmless and indemnified therefrom.

  • The fair market value of the Restaurant Improvements will be determined in accordance with Section 14.4 below.

  • All Restaurant Improvements shall be subject to the approval of the Mayor, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.

Related to Restaurant Improvements

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 64-unit market rate residential apartment building and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Tenant’s Work means all improvements, alterations, fixture, equipment, and signage installation, and furniture placement necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Permitted Use, including all work described as Tenant’s Work on Exhibit D, attached (the “Work Letter”).

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

Improvement is necessary and expected.  Unsatisfactory: the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall has not significantly improved following a rating of needs improvement, or the Educator’s performance is consistently below the requirements of a standard or overall and is considered inadequate, or both.

  • Capital Improvements mean the purchase, renovation, rehabilitation, or construction of permanent land, buildings, structures, equipment and furnishings used directly for or in the Project, and any goods or services for the Project that are purchased and capitalized under GAAP, including any organizational costs and research and development costs incurred in Illinois. Capitalized lease costs for land, buildings, structures or equipment shall be included in “Capital Improvements” only if the lease term, including any extensions or options to extend, equals or exceeds the term of this Agreement, and provided that such lease costs are valued at their present value using the corporate interest rate prevailing at the time the Company filed its Application with the Department.

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);

  • Installation Works means, as the context so requires,

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.

  • Joint Improvements means Improvements the inventors of which are jointly (a) employees of, or others obligated to assign inventions to, ImmunoGen or any Affiliate of ImmunoGen, and (b) employees of, or others obligated to assign inventions to, Lilly or any Affiliate of Lilly.

  • Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by Company or any Company Subsidiary, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other third party upon the expiration or termination of the lease for such Leased Real Property.

  • Maximum medical improvement means that no further material improvement would reasonably be expected from medical treatment or the passage of time;

  • Tenant Improvement Allowance in the maximum amount of $200.00 per rentable square foot in the Premises, which is included in the Base Rent set forth in the Lease; and

  • Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.

  • Building Plans mean the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and include any approved amendments thereto;

  • Landlord’s Work means the work of constructing the Tenant Improvements.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • Capital Improvement or "Capital Improvement Project" means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities of Local Subdivisions, including real property, interests in real property, and facilities and equipment of Local Subdivisions related or incidental thereto.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;
