  • Upon satisfaction of the requirements set forth in Section 15.4.1 and Section 15.4.2 above, Tenant shall perform the Work diligently and in a good, workmanlike and lien-free fashion, in accordance with (i) the Restoration Plans and Specifications; (ii) the permits and contracts referred to in Section 15.4.2 above; and (iii) all applicable Legal Requirements and other requirements of this Lease.

Related to Restoration Plans and Specifications

  • Constructional Plant means all appliances or things whatever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works or temporary works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work or temporary housing, hutting, office, stores, etc.,

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.
