Restricted Benefits definition

Restricted Benefits means the lower level of Benefits payable for some services under a Product as set out in the Product Information. Benefits paid will be equivalent to Treatment in a shared-ward of a Public Hospital.

Examples of Restricted Benefits in a sentence

  • Title to and beneficial ownership of any Company assets (including any assets that may be held in trust) which may be used to satisfy the Company's obligation for payment of Restricted Benefits shall remain solely the property of the Company.

  • Any amendment shall have prospective application only and shall not reduce or impair a Participant's right to Restricted Benefits accrued and vested as of the date such amendment is made.

  • Title to and beneficial ownership of any Company assets (including any assets that may be held in trust) which may be used to satisfy the Company's obligation for payment of Restricted Benefits and Supplemental Retirement Benefits shall remain solely the property of the Company.

  • Subject to the delay for Key Employees, vested Restricted Benefits and vested Cadre Benefits shall be payable commencing in the first month following the Participant’s Separation from Service.

  • Thereafter, participation shall continue only for the purpose of receiving a distribution of those Restricted Benefits accrued and vested as of the date the Participant ceased to actively participate in the Plan.

Restricted Benefits means the benefit described in Section 3.1.
Restricted Benefits means that portion of a Participant's Company Contribution Account comprised of the amounts that would have been contributed on his or her behalf to the Company's Tax-Qualified Retirement Plans without the restrictions under Sections 401(a)(17), 401(k) and 401(m) of the Code.
