Restricted Benefits definition

Restricted Benefits means the lower level of Benefits payable for some services under a Product as set out in the Product Information. Benefits paid will be equivalent to Treatment in a shared-ward of a Public Hospital.

Restricted Benefits has the meaning set forth in Section 3.11(c)(iv).

Restricted Benefits means that portion of a Participant's Company Contribution Account comprised of the amounts that would have been contributed on his or her behalf to the Company's Tax-Qualified Retirement Plans without the restrictions under Sections 401(a)(17), 401(k) and 401(m) of the Code.
