Restricted Bonds definition

Restricted Bonds means those bonds, including part of an issue of bonds, that are chargeable or may be elected to be charged against the state ceiling under the Internal Revenue Code, including qualified mortgage bonds in lieu of which mortgage credit certificates are or are to be issued, and excludes any bonds or parts of issues of bonds which for any reason, including transitional rules or savings clauses, are excepted, exempted, or excluded in any way from the state ceiling under the act.
Restricted Bonds. As defined in the first paragraph hereof.
Restricted Bonds means Restricted Physical Bonds and Restricted Global Bonds and, in each case, any Parent Shares issued or delivered upon exchange of such Bonds in accordance with Article 11 hereof that are required to bear the Private Placement Legend.

  • The Unrestricted Bonds have been accepted for clearance through Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg, and the Restricted Bonds have been accepted for clearance through DTC.

More Definitions of Restricted Bonds

Restricted Bonds means any Bonds held in the Securities Escrow Account in anticipation or contemplation of a Disputed Claim.
Restricted Bonds means, with respect to a Consenting Creditor at any time, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Existing Bonds set out in the Restricted Bonds Notice then most recently delivered by that Consenting Creditor, as modified from time to time by any Transfer Notices (as applicable) delivered by Consenting Creditors to the Information Agent, subject to evidence satisfactory to the Information Agent having been provided in accordance with Clause 6 (Accession, Transfer and Purchase, and Aggregate Position Disclosure by the Information Agent); and “Restricted Bond” means any portion of the Restricted Bonds.

Restricted Bonds means all Bonds required to bear a restrictive legend provided for in Exhibit A, including the Regulation S Global Bond and the Restricted Global Bond and their Successor Bonds, but excluding the Unrestricted Global Bond. As used herein, the term “Successor Bond” means, with respect to any particular Bond, each Bond issued after, and evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by, such particular Bond; and, for the purposes hereof, any Bond authenticated and delivered under pursuant to the terms of this Indenture in exchange for or in lieu of a mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen Bond shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen Bond.
