Restricted Global Debenture definition

Restricted Global Debenture means a Global Debenture bearing the Private Placement Legend.

More Definitions of Restricted Global Debenture

Restricted Global Debenture has the meaning specified in Section 2.07(a)(v).

Restricted Global Debenture pursuant to this Section 2.06(c) shall be registered in such name or names and in such authorized denomination or denominations as the holder of such beneficial interest shall instruct the Registrar through instructions from the Depositary and the Participant or Indirect Participant. The Trustee shall deliver such Definitive Debentures to the Persons in whose names such Debentures are so registered. Any Definitive Debenture issued in exchange for a beneficial interest in a Restricted Global Debenture pursuant to this Section 2.06(c)(1) shall bear the Private Placement Legend and shall be subject to all restrictions on transfer contained therein.

Restricted Global Debenture means a Global Debenture which is a Restricted Security subject to the restrictions on transfer and contains the applicable legend(s) in accordance with Section 2.05 of the Indenture.
