Restricted Site definition

Restricted Site means, with respect to a given Program, a restricted web site or portal devoted to the activities of the applicable QA Team and Assessors with Appropriate Access Privileges.
Restricted Site means a Brownfield Agreement Site where access to the general public is limited and/or controlled. The restrictions may include, but are not limited to, deed restrictions, use restrictions, restrictive covenants, or restrictive zoning.
Restricted Site means the portion of the property designated as XX, X0XX, XXXX, X0XX, all of NENESESW of Section 15, T19N, R110W (as more particularly described on Schedule III, Exhibit A) that is identified as the Historic Phosphorous Handling Area on Schedule III, Exhibit B.

Related to Restricted Site

  • Transfer-Restricted Security means any Security that constitutes a “restricted security” (as defined in Rule 144); provided, however, that such Security will cease to be a Transfer-Restricted Security upon the earliest to occur of the following events:

  • Restricted Share means a Share awarded to a Participant pursuant to Article 6 that is subject to certain restrictions and may be subject to risk of forfeiture.

  • Restricted Share Unit means the right granted to a Participant pursuant to Article 7 to receive a Share at a future date.

  • Restricted Note has the same meaning as “Restricted Security” set forth in Rule 144(a)(3) promulgated under the Securities Act; provided that the Trustee shall be entitled to request and conclusively rely upon an Opinion of Counsel with respect to whether any Note is a Restricted Note.

  • Eligible Property means property beneficially owned by a person or entity other than the Fund and held in a bank account maintained by BNYM for or on behalf of the Fund, or property held in a Fund shareholder account, which is (x) subject to reporting or escheat under an Unclaimed Property Law, (y) of a nature or type or classification reasonably related to the services performed by BNYM under this Agreement (such as cash amounts representing non-negotiated dividend checks and shares in abandoned shareholder accounts), and (z) under the control of BNYM.

  • Restricted Share Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the recipient of a Restricted Share which contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to such Restricted Shares.

  • Converted Restricted Subsidiary has the meaning specified in the definition of “Consolidated EBITDA.”
