Retail Award means a good or service or voucher which may be obtained by a Member through the Qantas Frequent Flyer Store in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; “Segment” means the portion of a journey between two consecutive points listed on an Itinerary. Segments may either be Flight Segments or Surface Segments;

Retail Award means the General Retail Industry Award 2010 (as in force from time to time). Undertaking means this enforceable undertaking. COMMENCEMENT OF UNDERTAKING This Undertaking commences on the date that: the Undertaking is executed by Lush Retail and Lush Manufacturing; and the FWO accepts the executed Undertaking.

  • Cash Award means an award denominated in cash.

  • Appreciation Award means any Award under this Plan of any Stock Option, Stock Appreciation Right or Other Stock-Based Award, provided that such Other Stock-Based Award is based on the appreciation in value of a share of Common Stock in excess of an amount equal to at least the Fair Market Value of the Common Stock on the date such Other Stock-Based Award is granted.

  • Phantom Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to a Phantom Stock Award.
