Retail permit means and include permits issued to retailers.
Retail permit means a City Permit to sell and Deliver Cannabis and Cannabis Products to customers, patients and primary caregivers in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Chapter and the conditions of approval for the applicable City Permit issued to the particular Retail Permittee.
