PAL permit means the construction permit issued by the Department that establishes a Plantwide Applicability Limitation (PAL) for a major stationary source.
General permit means the general permit authorized by this article.
Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.
Title V Permit means an operating permit under Title V of the Act.
Environmental Permit means any permit, approval, identification number, license or other authorization required under any Environmental Law.
Development Permit means a document authorizing a development issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;
Material License has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.15.
Environmental Permits means all permits, licenses, authorizations, certificates, approvals or registrations required by any Governmental Authority under any Environmental Laws.
Regulatory Permits means all Permits granted by the FDA or any other Governmental Entity or Notified Body to the Company, including investigational new drug applications, pre-market clearances, manufacturing approvals and authorizations, XX-xxxx certificates of conformity, clinical trial authorizations and ethical reviews, facility licenses, or their state, national or foreign equivalents.
Governmental Approval means any authorization, consent, approval, license or exemption of, registration or filing with, or report or notice to, any Governmental Authority.
Conditional Use Permit or “CUP” means a conditional use permit issued under this chapter.
Title V operating permit means a permit issued under Chapter 3745-77 of the Administrative Code.
