Retail Product definition

Retail Product means any product in the Services designated a Retail Product by SKUvantage in its absolute discretion, and described on the Services by images or data. A Retail Product will also include non-product Digital Assets, such as marketing material, logos, point of sale information, and other generalised media assets.
Retail Product means either (a) the Product; (b) the BD Cartridge filled with the Drug; or (c) the Inhaler, in such case packaged separately for retail sale.
Retail Product means: securities, a financial product or any other arrangement involving the taking of money on deposit offered to a retail investor.
