Retail Unit definition

Retail Unit is defined in paragraph E of the Recitals.
Retail Unit means the space demised under the Retail Unit Lease.
Retail Unit shall have the meaning set forth in that certain Declaration of Easements, dated as of December 3, 1997, between TSP and Atlantic Financial Group, Ltd., recorded on December 18, 1997, in the Office of the City Register, New York County, in Reel 2523, Page 2084, and includes, among other things, (i) a fee simple interest in certain portions of the Building (i.e., most of the first, second and third floors of the Building and certain portions of the fourth floor and the first floor of the cellar), (ii) an undivided twenty five percent (25%) fee interest in the general common elements of the Building (e.g., the underlying land and all shared utility facilities), and (iii) various access and other easements (including access to the hotel located on the upper floors of the Building, the general common elements of the Building and the limited common elements appurtenant to the portions of the Building referenced in clause (i) above).

  • As the Retail Unit Owners (if any) do not use and will not pay the costs associated with the swimming pool, the Retail Unit Owners (if any) should not be entitled to vote on resolutions relating to the use of the swimming pool unless the passing of the resolution would cause material detriment to the Retail Unit Owners.

  • The Landlord agrees not to let or enter into an agreement for lease or permit any right of occupancy or permit any change of use of the Retail Units where the use is a Prohibited Use and to include within any lease or licence of a Retail Unit an express prohibition on a Prohibited Use.

More Definitions of Retail Unit

Retail Unit means Condominium Unit 1, which area is demarcated on the Plans, regardless of the uses to which such Condominium Unit may be put from time to time, which Retail Unit may be subdivided as provided in Paragraph 21 of this Declaration.
Retail Unit means the “Retail Unit” as defined in the Condominium Declaration and as shown on the Condominium Plans.

For purposes of this Agreement, the Retail Units shall not include or refer to the F&B Space, which shall be deemed part of the Hotel Unit for all purposes hereunder
Retail Unit means and refer to the Unit designated on the Condominium Map as “Retail/Office Space.” If the Flex Area is converted to a Unit (the Flex Unit), the term Retail Unit shall mean and refer to the Retail Unit and the Flex Unit.
Retail Unit means the approximately 23,917 gross square feet of the Composite Building to be located on the ground floor and containing retail space and a residential lobby servicing the Active Adult Housing Unit.
