Retail Unit definition

Retail Unit means the space demised under the Retail Unit Lease.
Retail Unit is defined in paragraph E of the Recitals.
Retail Unit means the “Retail Unit” as defined in the Condominium Declaration and as shown on the Condominium Plans.

More Definitions of Retail Unit

Retail Unit means Condominium Unit 1, which area is demarcated on the Plans, regardless of the uses to which such Condominium Unit may be put from time to time, which Retail Unit may be subdivided as provided in Paragraph 21 of this Declaration.

Retail Unit or “Retail Units” means one or both (as the context requires) of the two (2) Units located at the Property and referred to as the Commercial Units in the Master Declaration, comprising in the aggregate approximately 29,473 rentable square feet, to be used for retail purposes in accordance with the terms of the Loan Documents and in compliance with Legal Requirements.
