Retailer Content definition

Retailer Content means as defined in paragraph 1.10 of the Web Site Development Agreement.
Retailer Content means the Domain Name and all text, pictures, sound, graphics, video and other data and assets supplied by Retailer to GSI, as such materials may be modified from time to time.
Retailer Content means the Domain Name, and the contents of the Retailer's web site pages that describe or are unique to Retailer and does not include product information that is GSI's responsibility. Such retailer content includes, without limitation, Retailer's trademark, copyrights, trade secrets, and confidential information.

Examples of Retailer Content in a sentence

  • Upon Retailer's request, GSI shall assist Retailer in the conversion of the Retailer Content into an acceptable form for use by the Web site.

  • As soon as reasonably possible, GSI and Retailer shall agree upon a Production Schedule for the delivery by Retailer to GSI of the Retailer Content that Retailer intends for GSI to incorporate into the Web site.

  • Retailer's failure to comply with its obligations pursuant to Section 5 above, or failure to provide GSI with the Retailer Content necessary to construct and/or maintain the Retailer's Web Site, would be a material breach of the Retailer's obligations under this Agreement.

  • GSI shall upload all Retailer Content, including updates, to the Web site within seven days of delivery to GSI.

  • Except for a limited non-exclusive license during the term to use the Retailer Content solely to perform its obligations hereunder, this Agreement confers no ownership interest in the Retailer Content to GSI.

  • Upon GSI's prior written consent, Retailer may electronically transmit or upload Retailer Content directly to the Web site.

  • GSI hereby acknowledges and agrees that as between GSI and Retailer, Retailer owns all right, title and interest in and to the Retailer Content and all applicable Intellectual Property Rights thereto.

  • Commencing with the Project Manager's hiring and continuing through the Term, as may be extended, the Project Manager shall be the Retailer's liaison with GSI and shall be responsible for supplying GSI with the Retailer Content and such other information as may reasonably be required of the Retailer in order to create and maintain the Retailer's Web Site in the most efficient manner.

  • The Retailer Content shall be in the format(s) designated by GSI as set forth on Attachment C hereto.

  • The parties acknowledge that Retailer will be able to deliver certain "static" information, such as store locations, promptly to GSI, and other Retailer Content, such as certain merchandise to be sold on the Retailer's Web site, at a later date closer to the Launch Date.


More Definitions of Retailer Content

Retailer Content is defined in Section 1.10 of Schedule 1 attached ---------------- to this Agreement including without limitation, all information provided by Retailer for the operation of the Web Site.
Retailer Content means the content uploaded by the Retailer to the Fruugo Platform in relation to a Product, including Product descriptions and images;
Retailer Content means photos, text, graphics, artwork, video, or other tangible material provided or made available by Retailer to True Fit for use on the Retailer e-Commerce Site.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Influencer Content means all text, files, images, graphics, illustrations, information, data, audio, video, photographs and other content created or provided by Influencer pursuant to Program Details (as defined below).

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

  • Imported content means that portion of the bidding price represented by the cost of components, parts or materials which have been or are still to be imported (whether by the supplier or his subcontractors) and which costs are inclusive of the costs abroad, plus freight and other direct importation costs such as landing costs, dock dues, import duty, sales duty or other similar tax or duty at the South African place of entry as well as transportation and handling charges to the factory in the Republic where the supplies covered by the bid will be manufactured.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services, by Your use of the Services or any Oracle provided tools.

  • Publisher means any person or entity that distributes copies of the Document to the public.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Advertiser means the company that wishes to advertise its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Artwork has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • User means a person, department or other administrative unit of the City authorized by the Contract Administrator to order Work under this Contract;

  • Brand Content Policy means, collectively, Xxxxx’s content policy referenced in Exhibit A and any other policy, guidelines, terms of use, terms of service, code of conduct, or instructional materials provided or made available by Brand or any of its affiliates to Influencer from time to time.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.

  • Recycled content means the percentage of a product composed of recovered material, or post- consumer recovered material, or both.
