Retainage Value means, at the date of determination thereof, the aggregate face amount of Retainage Accounts Receivable as permitted by Ex-Im Bank in writing, less taxes, discounts, credits and allowances, except to the extent otherwise permitted by Ex-Im Bank in writing.
