RETAINED BUILDINGS definition

RETAINED BUILDINGS means all buildings, structures and other improvements located at the addresses listed on Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof, and all equipment, machinery and fixtures integral to the operation of such buildings, structures and improvements.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
