Retendering Information means such information relating to the persons engaged or employed by the Contractor or any Subcontractor in providing the Services which the Company may reasonably require to facilitate any subsequent provider of Services to assess and include the cost of TUPE in any subsequent bid for Services similar to the Services and to assist in the transfer of the Services to a subsequent service provider, such information to include (without limitation) details of the persons’:

The Contractor agrees to indemnify the Company and, at the Company’s request, any new contractor selected to provide services to the Company similar to the Services, against all liability from: the Contractor or a Subcontractor failing to provide the Company with any Retendering Information promptly; or any material inaccuracy in or omission from the Retendering Information.
