Retendering Information means such information relating to the persons engaged or employed by the Contractor or any Subcontractor in providing the Services which the Company may reasonably require to facilitate any subsequent provider of Services to assess and include the cost of TUPE in any subsequent bid for Services similar to the Services and to assist in the transfer of the Services to a subsequent service provider, such information to include (without limitation) details of the persons’: • identity (or reference number); • date of birth; • age; • sex; • date of commencement of employment; • length of service; • job title; and • grade and terms and conditions of employment.
