Retention of Consultant. The Company hereby retains the Consultant, and Consultant agrees to be retained by the Company, upon the terms in, and subject to the conditions of, this Agreement.
Retention of Consultant. The Company hereby engages and retains Consultant and Consultant hereby agrees to use Consultant's best efforts to render to the Company the consulting services for a period commencing on the date of this Agreement and terminating on January 15, 2009 (six months),or such additional periods as agreed upon in writing by the parties. This Agreement may not be terminated by either the Company or Consultant during its term.
Retention of Consultant. Client engages Consultant to provide consulting services to Client as may be necessary, proper or advisable to achieve the Objectives, and Consultant accepts such engagement, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Retention of Consultant. The Company hereby retains the Consultant as a consultant, and the Consultant hereby accepts such retention by the Company, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. The Consultant shall perform all such services as an independent contractor to the Company and not as an employee, agent or representative of the Company.
Retention of Consultant. (a) The Company hereby retains the Consultant to provide the Services to the Company during the Consulting Period as the Company may request during the Consulting Period, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide the Services to the Company during the Consulting Period, all upon the terms, provisions and conditions contained in this Agreement.
(b) The retention of the Consultant hereunder is on a non-exclusive basis. Accordingly, the Company may and will engage other entities and persons to provide services to the Company that are substantially similar to the Services.
Retention of Consultant. The Company hereby retains Consultant solely as ----------------------- an independent contractor and not as an employee, and Consultant hereby accepts such retention upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. Company shall provide Consultant with a laptop computer, access to reasonable secretarial support adequate for the performance of his/her duties hereunder as well as pay for a telephone line and a facsimile line located at Consultant's home for use in Company business, but is not responsible for permanent office space.
Retention of Consultant. The Company hereby engages and retains Consultant and Consultant hereby agrees to use Consultant’s best efforts to render to the Company the consulting services for a period of commencing on the date of this Agreement and terminating on July 31, 2009, provided that either party may terminate this Agreement before such date upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other.
Retention of Consultant. The Company hereby retains and engages Consultant, and Consultant accepts such engagement, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Retention of Consultant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company hereby retains the Consultant to perform consulting services in accordance with Section 4 hereof, and the Consultant hereby agrees to render such services.
Retention of Consultant. 1.1 Effective Date. Effective November 25, 2000 (the "Effective Date") the Company shall retain the Consultant as a consultant, and the Consultant hereby accepts such consulting relationship, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
