Retirement Eligible Employee definition

Retirement Eligible Employee means those Employees being either (i) age 55 or older with 10 years of service or (ii) age 65 or older with at least 5 years of service on their Termination Date.
Retirement Eligible Employee means a VF Employee or a Kontoor Brands Employee who, as of the Distribution Date, is age 55 or older and has worked for VF or Kontoor Brands for 10 years or more.
Retirement Eligible Employee means an employee who has attained age 65 and completed 10 years of employment with Company and its Subsidiaries. For avoidance of doubt, an employee’s prior service with an entity - 3 - that is acquired (or the assets of which are acquired) by the Company or a Subsidiary shall not count towards an employee’s service with the Company and its Subsidiaries for this purpose.

More Definitions of Retirement Eligible Employee
