Retirement Savings Account definition

Retirement Savings Account means an account opened with a pension fund administrator as specified in section II of this Act;
Retirement Savings Account means a separate Account maintained for a Member that is credited with Retirement Savings Account Contributions made by or on behalf of the Member, along with any earnings or losses.
Retirement Savings Account means moneys allocated by the trustee of an Authorised Superannuation Fund to a member for the purpose of paying that member’s entitlement to a distribution by the fund in the form of periodic payments.

More Definitions of Retirement Savings Account

Retirement Savings Account means an account into which contributions in respect of a Member, or transferred amounts are paid pursuant to the Retirement Savings Accounts Act 1997 and dealt with in accordance with the Relevant Law.
