Return to Service Date definition

Return to Service Date means the date, following an Unpaid Leave of Absence, that the Participant recommences the provision of employment services to the Corporation or an Affiliated Entity, in full or in part;
Return to Service Date means the date, following a Leave of Absence, that the Participant recommences the provision of employment services to his to her Employer or to another entity in the Pengrowth Group, in full or in part;
Return to Service Date means the date that the Aircraft Return to Service is accomplished by the Inspection Facility.

  • In-Service Date means the date on which the Facility and System Modifications (if applicable) are complete and ready for service, even if the Facility is not placed in service on or by that date.
