Revenue Collections definition

Revenue Collections means, on any date, the sum of Available Enforcement Proceeds and Available Surplus Revenue Collections (prior to the making of a Post-Enforcement Surplus Revenue Prepayment Resolution) and for the avoidance of doubt shall not include (i) any amounts standing to the credit of the Disposal Proceeds Account and any Debt Collateralisation Account as at such date, (ii) amounts standing to the credit of any Borrower Liquidity Reserve Account; (iii) amounts standing to the credit of the Borrower Hedge Collateral Accounts and
Revenue Collections means all amounts of fees and interest received in respect of Revenue Receivables (including, but not limited to Revenue Receivables collected by way of enforcement and/or penalty fees associated with prepayments of a Mortgage Loan).
Revenue Collections means the amount of revenue estimated to have been collected and expected to be collected by the state beginning on July 1, 2010, and ending before January 1, 2015, from sales tax, motor vehicle taxes and fees, vehicle excise tax and motor fuel tax from all taxpayers who receive salary or compensation in any form other than retirement benefits from the United States as a member of any component of the Armed Forces of the United States or as the dependent of such member;
