Revenue Funding Scheme Details definition

Revenue Funding Scheme Details means in respect of a Revenue Funding Scheme, the descriptive and other details agreed pursuant to Clause 9.2 (Revenue Funding Schemes) or Clause 11.2 (Revenue Funding Scheme additions) and any other details in relation to that scheme set out (and as accepted by Homes England) in IMS, in each case as the same may be varied, supplemented or updated from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; Revenue Funding Support Services means the support services to be provided to Tenants of the SHAP Dwellings;

Related to Revenue Funding Scheme Details

  • town planning scheme means the City of Rockingham Town Planning Scheme made under the Town Planning and Development Act 1928.

  • Phase III Clinical Trial means a large, controlled or uncontrolled Clinical Study that would satisfy the requirements of 21 CFR 312.21(c), intended to gather the additional information about effectiveness and safety that is needed to evaluate the overall benefit-risk relationship of the drug and to provide an adequate basis for physician labeling.

  • Plan 2 means the teachers' retirement system, plan 2

  • the Scottish Infected Blood Support Scheme means the scheme of that name administered by the Common Services Agency (constituted under section 10 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(b));

  • BRRD II means Directive (EU) 2019/879 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2019 amending Directive 2014/59/EU as regards the loss-absorbing and recapitalisation capacity of credit institutions and investment firms and Directive 98/26/EC.

  • TPP means a third-party payment service provider that a Governmental Authority authorises to provide account information services or payment initiation services.
