Revenue Share Percentage definition

Revenue Share Percentage means the agreed upon percentage of the proceeds of future rentals and sales of previously viewed videos paid by the Debtors to the Studios pursuant to the terms of a Revenue Share Agreement.
Revenue Share Percentage means the applicable percentage as set forth in Schedule B:
