Revenue Supplement means the difference between the Mining Revenue and the City Revenue Goal, except that in no event shall the Revenue Supplement exceed $125,000 for that calendar year, as more particularly described in
Revenue Supplement means, for each Lease Year, the amount, if any, by which the product of the Gross Revenue and the Gross Revenue Percentage exceeds the Base Rent. Example A: For the Lease Year beginning 11/16/2023 and ending 11/15/2024, the Gross Revenue is $1,100,000. Revenue Supplement = ($1,100,000 X .12) - $120,000 = $12,000. Revenue Supplement means, beginning with the Lease Year starting on November 16, 2020 and for each Lease Year thereafter during the Initial Term, the amount, if any, by which the product of the Gross Revenue and the Gross Revenue Percentage exceeds the Base Rent.

  • In the event the Term of this Agreement is extended pursuant to Section 4.4, the Revenue Supplement shall be adjusted by the change in the Price Index.

Related to Revenue Supplement

  • Perfection Certificate Supplement means a certificate supplement in the form of Exhibit G-2 hereto or any other form approved by the Collateral Agent.

  • Pledge Supplement means any supplement to this agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

  • Tax Certification Forms means any forms or other documentation as may be issued or required by a Tax Authority or by the Bank from time to time to confirm the tax status of the Customer or of a Connected Person.

  • Tax Certificate means the Federal Tax Certificate executed and delivered by the City on the Date of Original Issue of any Bond issued as a Tax-Exempt Bond, as the same may be amended or supplemented in accordance with its provisions.

  • Schedule Supplement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03.

  • Ruling Request means any letter filed by Parent with the IRS requesting a ruling regarding certain tax consequences of the Transactions (including all attachments, exhibits, and other materials submitted with such ruling request letter) and any amendment or supplement to such ruling request letter.

  • License Certificate means evidence of a license provided by Licensor to Licensee in electronic or printed form.

  • Tax Clearance Certificate means a tax clearance certificate issued by the South African Revenue Services (SARS) confirming that the natural or juristic person is a registered tax payer.

  • Release Certificate means a Release Certificate in the form attached to this Appendix "C" as Schedule 2 executed by a duly authorized officer of the Custodian and delivered by the Custodian to the applicable Fund by facsimile transmission or in such other manner as such Fund and the Custodian may agree in writing.
