Review hours definition

Review hours means the hours or portions of hours spent by Department employees in reviewing an applica- tion and making a decision thereon, including pre-appli- cation consultation time in excess of 60 minutes and site inspection time. Only time spent by the program staff members and technical review team members responsible for processing the application shall be included as review hours. Review hours do not include the first 60 minutes of pre-application consultation time, the time spent trav- eling to and from a site inspection, any time spent on a pre-decision administrative hearing and any time spent on the application after a party appeals the Director’s deci- sion on the application pursuant to A.R.S. § 41- 1092.03(B).

  • Support Hours means between 8:30am and 5pm during Monday to Friday excluding standard UK Bank Holidays.

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation.   • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.

  • Review Materials means, for an Asset Review and a Subject Receivable, the documents and other materials for each Test listed under “Review Materials” in Schedule A.

  • Working Days means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales; and

  • Training hour means at least 50 minutes of actual learning, including, but not limited to, time devoted to lecture, learning activities, small group activities, demonstrations, evaluations, and hands-on experience.

  • Utilization review plan or "plan" means a written procedure for performing review.

  • Onsite means within the Prescribed Premises boundary.

  • Asset Review Notice means the notice from the Trustee to the Asset Representations Reviewer and the Servicer directing the Asset Representations Reviewer to perform an Asset Review under Section 3.4 of the Asset Representations Review Agreement.

  • Clock hours means the actual number of hours or time a participant spends attending the instructional portion of training designed to develop or enhance early care and education or school-age care competencies.

  • Service Hours means the amount of time (measured in hours or fractions thereof) a Unit is Delivering Energy or Ancillary Services pursuant to a Dispatch Notice.

  • Review Criteria has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 12.02(b)(i).

  • Review Notice means the notice from the Indenture Trustee to the Asset Representations Reviewer and the Servicer directing the Asset Representations Reviewer to perform a Review.

  • Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.

  • 24 hours means a period of 24 hours including all or part of a day upon which banks are open for business in both the place where the relevant meeting is to be held and in each of the places where the Paying Agents have their specified offices (disregarding for this purpose the day upon which such meeting is to be held) and such period shall be extended by one period or, to the extent necessary, more periods of 24 hours until there is included as aforesaid all or part of a day upon which banks are open for business in all of the places as aforesaid; and

  • Contact hour means an hour of training received through direct instruction.

  • Utilization review means the prospective (prior to), concurrent (during) or retrospective (after) review of any service to determine whether such service was properly authorized, constitutes a medically necessary service for purposes of benefit payment, and is a covered healthcare service under this plan. WE, US, and OUR means Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. WE, US, or OUR will have the same meaning whether italicized or not.
