Revised financial plan definition

Revised financial plan means the four year financial plan submitted by the County Executive to the Legislature after the adoption of the budget.
Revised financial plan means a revised Financial Plan satisfactory to Collateral Agent, in its sole discretion.
Revised financial plan has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 6.1(xiii).
