Revised Settlement Program definition

Revised Settlement Program means the Program established under the jurisdiction of the MDL 926 Court in Order No. 27 (Civ. Act. No. CV 94-P-11558-S, December 22, 1995) and as modified or amended by subsequent Orders of the MDL 926 Court or procedures of the MDL 926 Claims Office.
Revised Settlement Program means the revised settlement program approved in Lindsey, et al. v. Dow Corning Corporation, et al., Case No. CV94-P-11558-S, Pretrial Order No. 27.

  • ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Ltd (ABN 49 008 504 532);

Notwithstanding the manner in which the viatical settlement broker is compensated, a viatical settlement broker is deemed to represent only the viator, and not the insurer or the viatical settlement provider, and owes a fiduciary duty to the viator to act according to the viator’s instructions and in the best interest of the viator. “Viatical settlement broker” does not include an attorney, certified public accountant, or a financial planner accredited by a nationally recognized accreditation agency who is retained to represent the viator and whose compensation is not paid directly or indirectly by the viatical settlement provider or purchaser.

  • Net Settlement Fund means the Settlement Fund, plus accrued interest, less any award of attorneys’ fees or reimbursement of expenses and less applicable taxes, tax preparation expenses, and costs of notice and administration, that may be awarded or approved by the Court.

  • Purchase Contract Settlement Fund has the meaning specified in Section 5.5.

  • Relevant Settlement Method In respect of any Option:

  • Remarketing Settlement Date means the date of the settlement of any Successful Remarketing, which will be three Business Days after such Remarketing.
