Revolving A Borrower definition

Revolving A Borrower means each of the Parent Borrower, each Subsidiary Borrower designated as a Revolving A Borrower in Schedule 1.1(b), and any other Foreign Subsidiary that has been designated as a Revolving A Borrower pursuant to Section 2.11.1, other than any of the foregoing Subsidiaries that has ceased to be a Revolving A Borrower as provided in such Section.
Revolving A Borrower means the Company, AllStar, FleetCor UK and any Designated Borrower that becomes a Revolving A Borrower under the terms of Section 2.16.
Revolving A Borrower means each of the Company and any Designated Borrower that is identified on Schedule 5.11 as a Revolving A Borrower or becomes a Revolving A Borrower under the terms of Section 2.16.
