Revolving Credit Termination definition

Revolving Credit Termination. Date shall mean the first date upon which all Revolving Credit Commitments and Letters of Credit have terminated, all Outstandings have been paid in full in cash, and all interest, Fees and other amounts relating to the Revolving Credit Commitments, Revolving Loans and Letters of Credit have been repaid in full.

Revolving Credit Termination. Date shall mean July 7, 2001 as the same may hereafter be accelerated pursuant to the provisions of any of the Credit Documents.

Special Entity shall mean any joint venture, limited liability company or partnership, general or limited partnership or any other type of partnership or company other than a corporation in which the Borrower or one or more of its other Subsidiaries is a member, owner, partner or joint venturer and owns, directly or indirectly, at least a majority of the equity of such entity or controls such entity, but excluding any tax partnerships that are not classified as partnerships under state law. For purposes of this definition, any Person which owns directly or indirectly an equity investment in another Person which allows the first Person to manage or elect managers who manage the normal activities of such second Person will be deemed to “control” such second Person (e.g. a sole general partner controls a limited partnership). Revolving Credit Termination. Date shall mean the earlier of (a) June 30, 2010, (b) any date that the Total Revolving Credit Commitment is terminated in full by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.4 hereof, and (c) any date the Revolving Credit Termination Date is accelerated or the Total Revolving Credit Commitment is accelerated by the Agent pursuant to Section 8.1 hereof.
