Revolving Lead Arrangers definition

Revolving Lead Arrangers means the Revolving Lead Arrangers listed on the cover page hereof.
Revolving Lead Arrangers means, collectively, Barclays, RBC Capital Markets, BMO Capital Markets Corp., KeyBank National Association, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., BofA Securities, Inc. and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Senior Funding, Inc., in their respective capacities as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners in respect of the Revolving Facility.

  • Any request under this Section to increase the Revolving Commitment Amount shall be submitted by the Borrower to the Revolving Lead Arrangers, and shall specify the proposed effective date (which date shall be not less than 5 days after the date of such request) and the amount of such increase (which shall be in integral multiples of $1,000,000).
