RF Letter definition

RF Letter means a letter attesting to the Wireless Provider’s compliance with FCC RF exposure guidelines from the Wireless Provider’s senior internal engineer.
RF Letter means a letter attesting to the Wireless Provider’s compliance with FCC RF exposure guidelines from the Wireless Provider’s senior internal engineer. “Right-of-way” as defined for wireless sites in A.R.S. § 9-591(18) means the area on, below or above a public roadway, highway, street, sidewalk, alley, or utility easement. Right-of-way does not include a Federal Interstate Highway, a state highway or state route under the jurisdiction of the Department of Transportation, a private easement, property that is owned by a special taxing district, or a utility easement that does not authorize the deployment sought by the wireless provider.
RF Letter means a letter from a senior internal engineer of permittee who is responsible for compliance with the FCC Rules, which attests to the permittee’s compliance with FCC RF exposure guidelines.

  • Upon satisfaction of the aforesaid conditions, (x) the respective Issuing Bank shall re-designate the affected RF Letter of Credit as a CL Letter of Credit, and (y) a new CL Letter of Credit shall be deemed issued at such time under this Agreement.

  • If the Borrower shall fail to specify whether any requested Letter of Credit is to be an RF Letter of Credit or a PF Letter of Credit, then the requested Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be a PF Letter of Credit unless the issuance thereof would not be permitted by the foregoing provisions of this paragraph, in which case it shall be deemed to be an RF Letter of Credit.

  • No application shall be deemed complete without providing a Site License, RF Letter, and Site Plan, in addition to the requirements set forth in Section 10-5 of the Town Code.

  • By the issuance of an RF Letter of Credit and without any further action on the part of the Issuing Bank or the Lenders, the Issuing Bank hereby grants to each Revolving Credit Lender, and each such Lender hereby acquires from the Issuing Bank, a participation in such RF Letter of Credit equal to such Lender’s Revolving Facility Pro Rata Percentage of the aggregate amount available to be drawn under such RF Letter of Credit, effective upon the issuance of such RF Letter of Credit.
