RFP Closing Date and Time definition

RFP Closing Date and Time means the date and time that Proposals to this RFP must be received by in accordance with Section 1.4 of this Part B. The time will be determined by the Bids & Tenders System web clock.
RFP Closing Date and Time means the date and time as stated on the cover page of this RFP.
RFP Closing Date and Time means the date and time that Proposals to this RFP must be received in accordance with Section 4.2.2. The time will be determined by the RDOS web clock.

  • A Respondent may amend a Proposal at any time up until the RFP Closing Date and Time.

  • Withdrawal of RFPs - - Response may be withdrawn by you prior to the RFP Closing Date and Time by you retracting your digital bid submission.

RFP Closing Date and Time means the date and time that Proposals to this RFP must be received by in accordance with Section 1.2 of Part C. The time will be determined by the District’s Municipal Hall clock.

Proponents are required to submit four (4) bound hard copies of the proposal plus one (1) additional digital version of the submission, provided on a USB drive or CD. Proposals will not be opened in public. Proponents must submit proposals on the forms supplied, sealed in an envelope clearly displaying the project title. The Proponent must indicate its name and address clearly in the upper left-hand corner of the envelope so that the proposal submission can be identified. Site visits are available if requested. Written addenda are the only means of amending or clarifying any of the information contained in this document. The Town of Taber may amend or clarify the information package by issuing an addendum. The Town of Taber makes no guarantee as to the timely delivery of any addendum. Addenda issued prior to closing of this RFP shall become a part of the Proposal documents.
