Proposal Documents definition

Proposal Documents means the Request for Proposals, Instructions to Consultants, Contract Documents, and any other Schedules and/or Addenda provided from the Town or its agents during the proposal process;
Proposal Documents means the Invitation to Submit Proposals and these Instructions to Proposers, all exhibits attached hereto, and any Addendum.
Proposal Documents means all documents related to a Respondent's submitting a Proposal, including, but not limited to, the advertisement for Proposals, if applicable, Instructions to Respondents, the Proposal form, and the proposed Contract documents, including any addenda issued prior to receipt of Proposals. At the City's option, Respondents may be required to complete and submit a prequalification statement.

Proposal Documents means all documents which are, prior to the delivery of the proposal or delivered to the Proposers for the purpose of his proposal and includes the Conditions of Proposal, the General Conditions, the Special Conditions, the Specification and all relevant drawings, patterns and samples the Form of Proposal and all documents referred to in the foregoing, or specified as being available for inspection by the Proposers. The Proposal documents must be read as a whole.
Proposal Documents. Means The documents described in Part I, Section 1.1.4 and annexed to the Contract as Part IV. “Bond Requirements” Means Specific requirements with respect to Contractor’s obligations to obtain bonds as set forth in Appendix B6. “Borough” Means The City borough where the Project is located. “BPO” Means The Borough President’s Office for the City Borough where the Project is located. “Certificate of Substantial Completion” Means A certificate described in Part II, Section 2.10.4 that may be issued by the Owner to Notify the Contractor of the Owner’s determination that Substantial Completion of the Work or a portion thereof has been achieved. “Change Order Form” Means The form described in Part II, Section 5.3.1.2 and annexed at Appendix F7. “Change Order Work” Means Changed, deleted and/or additional work that the Owner may require the Contractor to perform during the course of the Contract Work pursuant to a written Change Order, as described in Part II, Section 5.2. “Change Orders” Means As defined in Part II, Section 5.2.1. “City” Means The City of New York. “City Comptroller” Means Comptroller of the City or his or her designee.
