RFS definition

RFS means Request for Selection (RFS)/Bid document/Tender document
RFS means the Renewable Fuel Standard implemented by the US Environmental Protection Agency.
RFS or “RfS Document” shall mean the bidding document comprising of a ‘Notice Inviting Tender’ (NIT), this ‘Request for Selection’ and the PPA issued by MSAPL including all attachments, clarifications and amendments thereof.

RFS means the Renewable Fuel Standard of the United States Environmental Protection Agency in accordance with according to the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007.
