Right of Substitution definition

Right of Substitution means the right of T-Mobile Collocator to remove T-Mobile Communications Equipment from the T-Mobile Primary Tower Space or T-Mobile Primary Ground Space at a Site and move same to Available Space on such Site by relocation of the portion of the Communications Facility in such Space to a portion of such Available Space not larger than the T-Mobile Primary Tower Space or T-Mobile Primary Ground Space, as applicable, in accordance with and subject to the limitations contained in Section 10.
Right of Substitution means the right of Sprint Collocator to remove its Communications Equipment from the Sprint Collocation Space at a Site and move same to Available Space on such Site by relocation of its Communications Facility on such Site to a portion of such Available Space not larger than the Sprint Tower Envelope, in accordance with and subject to the limitations contained in Section 25.
Right of Substitution means the right of AT&T Collocator to remove the AT&T Communications Equipment from the AT&T Primary Tower Space or AT&T Primary Ground Space at a Site and move same to Available Space on such Site by relocation of the portion of its Communications Facility in such space to a portion of such Available Space, such that the resulting space occupied by AT&T Collocator and the AT&T Communications Equipment is not larger than the AT&T Primary Tower Space or AT&T Primary Ground Space, as applicable, in accordance with and subject to the limitations contained in Section 10.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, T-Mobile Collocator may only exercise a Right of Substitution one time with respect to each Site.

  • If at any time during the Term there is any Available Space at any Site, then AT&T Collocator shall have the Right of Substitution as to such Available Space.

  • If AT&T Collocator exercises its Right of Substitution as to any Available Space, then, upon execution of the amendment to the subject Site Lease Agreement, such Available Space shall become the AT&T Collocation Space and the former AT&T Collocation Space shall no longer be AT&T Collocation Space for all purposes of this Agreement.

  • Receive Obligation The term “Receive Obligation” means a Netting Member’s obligation to receive Eligible Netting Securities from the Corporation at the appropriate Settlement Value (i) in satisfaction of all or a part of a Net Long Position, (ii) in satisfaction of a Same-Day Settling Trade or (iii) to implement a collateral substitution in connection with a Repo Transaction with a Right of Substitution.
