Right to Access' definition

Right to Access' also known as Subject Access Right, entitles the data subject to have access to and information about the personal data that a controller has concerning them.
Right to Access' means what is explained in section 3.1.
Right to Access' means that someone can request to see the full run-down of the data you have on them.

Related to Right to Access'

  • Direct access means access to a patient or resident or to a patient's or resident's property, financial information, medical records, treatment information, or any other identifying information.

  • Internet Access means a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail or other services over the internet. Internet access does not include telecommunication services provided by a common carrier.

Switched Access does not include traffic exchanged between LECs for purpose of local exchange interconnection.

  • Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;

  • Backsiphonage means the flow of water or other liquids, mixtures or substances into the potable water system from any source other than its intended source, caused by the reduction of pressure in the potable water system.

  • Critical access hospital or “CAH” means a hospital licensed as a critical access hospital by the department of inspections and appeals pursuant to rule 481—51.52(135B).

  • BACS means the Banks Automated Clearing System;

  • Accenture Personal Data means personal data owned, licensed, or otherwise controlled or processed by Accenture including personal data processed by Accenture on behalf of its clients. “Accenture Data” means all information, data and intellectual property of Accenture or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Accenture, including Accenture Personal Data.
