Rigs definition

Rigs means all land-based drilling and workover rigs owned by a Borrower, together with all Rig Accessories that are installed on or affixed to such Rig.

Rigs means the NHC Rig, the NHD Rig, the NLN Rig, the NSH Rig and the NST Rig, and “Rig” means any one of them as the context requires;

Rigs means, collectively, offshore drilling rigs, including, without limitation, semisubmersibles, drillships, jack-ups, semisubmersible tender assist vessels and submersible rigs and barges, and, individually, any of such rigs or barges.
