Risk Assets definition

Risk Assets means (i) all Loans purchased hereunder, excluding (a) New Loans and (b) Loans to the extent secured by Assumed Deposits (and not included in (i)(a)), plus
Risk Assets means Total Assets less Hedging Assets;
Risk Assets means Land (regardless of whether such Land is Entitled Land), LUD and Lots.

More Definitions of Risk Assets

Risk Assets shall not in any case include Investments in the Borrower or its Subsidiaries.
Risk Assets means all assets except the following:
Risk Assets means fixed income securities which are not Investment Grade Securities, common stock (other than capital stock of any Federal Home Loan Bank), preferred stock which is not an Investment Grade Preferred Stock, mortgage loans (other than mortgage loans meeting the definition of U.S. Government Securities) and real estate (other than the property at which RSL's primary administrative offices may be located and the property known as 2043 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xx. Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx xx any other building and site at which Safety National's primary administrative office may be located); provided, however that the term "Risk Assets" shall not in any case include Investments in the Borrower or its Subsidiaries.
Risk Assets means, as of any specified date (a) all cash, coin, currency, bullion, amounts due from other financial institutions, investment securities, loans, trading securities, securities purchased, customers’ liabilities on acceptances, Federal Funds sold and other items appearing as assets on the balance sheets of Bank, as of such date, relating to the Bank’s activities and operations, other than premises, plant and equipment and Intangible Assets; and (b) all off-balance sheet items of Bank relating to its activities and operations as of such date accorded risk-weighting (at 0% or above) for purposes of calculating risk-weighted capital ratios in Appendix A of Part 3 of Title 12 of the Code of Federal Regulations, as applicable to FDIC-insured banks, or reportable by such banks on Schedule RC-L of the Consolidated Reports of Condition and Income for a Bank with Domestic Offices Only — FFIEC 041, including without limitation those in the following categories: (i) unused commitments; (ii) standby and commercial letters of credit; (iii) participations in acceptances conveyed to others by the reporting bank; (iv) securities lent; (v) credit derivatives; (vi) spot foreign exchange contracts; and (vii) all other off-balance sheet assets required to be reported on Schedule RC-L.
Risk Assets means the assets defined as risk assets by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, as such definition may be amended from time to time by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

Risk Assets means assets other than cash, balances with PBC, investments in government-issued or government-guaranteed securities, and fixed assets, as reflected in ABC’s audited financial statements.
