Risk Register definition

Risk Register means the register of risks defined in Document 3.
Risk Register means a document where risks are captured by description, as detailed in Schedule S1-4 (Risk Management).

  • If a Risk Register Event occurs while performing construction, and the Risk Register Event is a Provisional Risk with an uncapped Provisional Sum, and the Provisional Sum or other relief provided in the Risk Register is exhausted, then the Contractor may seek a Supplemental Agreement for increased cost or time beyond what is described in the Risk Register.

Risk Register means the register of risks and contingencies that have been factored into any Costs due under this Contract, in the form agreed between the Purchaser and the Service Provider.
