Road and Drainage Works definition

Road and Drainage Works means the road and drainage works to be done under Part C of the Project.
Road and Drainage Works means the road and drainage works (other than the Footpath Works) to be completed in accordance with the PDA Development Approval and any other legal requirements.

  • Sewage works means all facilities for collecting, pumping, treating, and disposing of sewage.
