Footpath Works definition

Footpath Works means that Item of the Works numbered 2 in Schedule 3. Force Majeure Event means any event or circumstance, or a combination of events or circumstances:
Footpath Works means those concrete footpath strips and other works to be completed in the Footways in accordance with the PDA Development Approval and any other legal requirements.
Footpath Works means those parts of the Public Benefit described as “Footpath Works” in clause 1 of Schedule 3, to be delivered by the Developer in accordance with this document.

More Definitions of Footpath Works

Footpath Works means the following works to existing public Footpaths and rights of way in the vicinity of the Development: (i) the provision of a permeable all- weather surface along an agreed section of footpath 736 adjacent to the western boundary of the Site between the Site and Rectory Road, coupled with improved signage and to include internal link path to the Site boundary as shown shaded xxxxx and labelled “footpath link to public right of way” on Plan 2 (or such revision thereto as may be approved in writing by the Council and the County Council) said works to be in accordance with the requirements of the Hampshire County Council Countryside Services Design Standards for Countryside Paths 2013;

Related to Footpath Works

  • Sewage works means all facilities for collecting, pumping, treating, and disposing of sewage.

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • The Works means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Public works project means the erection, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any public structure, building, road, or other public improvement of any kind.

  • Critical infrastructure means existing and proposed systems and assets, whether physical or virtual, the incapacity or destruction of which would negatively affect security, economic security, public health or safety, or any combination of those matters.++

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.
