Road Closure Plan definition

Road Closure Plan means the reference plan that will upon registration in the LTO register indefeasible title or titles to the Closed Road in the name of the Vendor in accordance with section 120 of the Land Title Act, a reduced copy of which is attached as Schedule A.
Road Closure Plan means explanatory plan EPP129338 dated May 17, 2023 and prepared by Xxxxxx X. Xxxx, BCLS 942, a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule “A”.
Road Closure Plan means the plan, prepared by a B.C. land surveyor in a form that may be deposited with the LTO, attached as Schedule A.

  • Closure plan means the plan for closure prepared in accordance with the requirements of 40 CFR 265.112.

  • Time of Sale Disclosure Package means the Prospectus most recently filed with the Commission before the time of this Agreement, including any preliminary prospectus supplement deemed to be a part thereof, each Issuer Free Writing Prospectus, and the description of the transaction provided by the Underwriters included on Schedule II.

  • Time of Sale Prospectus means the Preliminary Prospectus, as amended or supplemented immediately prior to the Applicable Time, together with the free writing prospectuses, if any, identified in Schedule B hereto. As used herein, “Road Show” means a “road show” (as defined in Rule 433 under the Securities Act) relating to the offering of the Offered Shares contemplated hereby that is a “written communication” (as defined in Rule 405 under the Securities Act).   • Books Closure Date means the date and time to be determined by the Manager on which the register of Unitholders will be closed for the purpose of determining the entitlements of Unitholders to a Distribution;

  • Preliminary Final Prospectus means any preliminary prospectus supplement to the Basic Prospectus which describes the Securities and the offering thereof and is used prior to filing of the Final Prospectus, together with the Basic Prospectus.

  • General Disclosure Package means any Issuer General Use Free Writing Prospectuses issued at or prior to the Applicable Time, the most recent preliminary prospectus that is distributed to investors prior to the Applicable Time and the information included on Schedule B-1 hereto, all considered together.

  • U.S. Final Prospectus means the Canadian Final Prospectus with such deletions therefrom and additions thereto as are permitted or required by Form F-10 and the applicable rules and regulations of the SEC, included in the Registration Statement at the time it becomes effective, including the Documents Incorporated by Reference;

  • Pre-Pricing Prospectus means the preliminary prospectus dated June 8, 2021 relating to the Securities in the form first furnished to the Underwriters for use in connection with the offering of the Securities.

  • Final Prospectus means the prospectus supplement relating to the Securities that was first filed pursuant to Rule 424(b) after the Execution Time, together with the Base Prospectus.

  • Basin plan means the same as “water quality control plan” as defined in Division 7 (commencing with Section 13000) of the Water Code. Basin Plans are adopted by each Regional Water Board, approved by the State Water Board and the Office of Administrative Law, and identify surface water and groundwater bodies within each Region’s boundaries and establish, for each, its respective beneficial uses and water quality objectives. Copies are available from the Regional Water Boards, electronically at each Regional Water Boards website, or at the State Water Board’s Plans and Policies web page (http://www.waterboards.ca.gov/plans_policies/).

  • Disclosure Package means (i) the Base Prospectus, (ii) the Preliminary Prospectus used most recently prior to the Execution Time, (iii) the Issuer Free Writing Prospectuses, if any, identified in Schedule III hereto, and (iv) any other Free Writing Prospectus that the parties hereto shall hereafter expressly agree in writing to treat as part of the Disclosure Package.

  • Pricing Disclosure Package means any Issuer General Use Free Writing Prospectus issued at or prior to the Applicable Time, the Pricing Prospectus and the information included on Schedule 2-A hereto, all considered together.

  • Long Stop Date has the meaning set forth in Clause 4.3.2;

  • Prospectus Amendment means any amendment to the Preliminary Prospectus or the Final Prospectus;

  • Scheduled Closing Time means, in respect of an Exchange or Related Exchange and a Scheduled Trading Day, the scheduled weekday closing time of such Exchange or Related Exchange on such Scheduled Trading Day, without regard to after hours or any other trading outside of the regular trading session hours.

  • Subsequent Disclosure Documents means any financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports (other than confidential material change reports), business acquisition reports or other documents issued by the Corporation after the Execution Time which are, or are deemed to be, pursuant to applicable Securities Laws, incorporated by reference into the Final Prospectuses or any Prospectus Amendment;

  • Buyer SEC Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Closed panel plan means a plan that provides health benefits to covered persons primarily in the form of services through a panel of providers that have contracted with or are employed by the plan, and that excludes benefits for services provided by other providers, except in cases of emergency or referral by a panel member.

  • Joint Proxy Statement/Prospectus has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a).

  • Current closure cost estimate means the most recent of the estimates pre- pared in accordance with § 265.142 (a), (b), and (c).
