Road Closure means that a local road to Your destination or from Your departure point is completely impassable and the operations of that road have been suspended entirely for more than 24 hours due to severe storms, flooding, or Natural Disaster and is substantiated by the department of transportation or state police.

Road Closure means the partial occupancy or full occupancy of any Highway or portion thereof, and shall include any bridge, sidewalk, footpath or boulevard.

If the employee is able to find an alternative route and consequently attend the rostered shift, then the employer will provide fuel vouchers to compensate for the extra travel via the alternate route. All employees will endeavour to attend all the rostered shifts as part of this agreement.
