Section 120 Sample Clauses

Section 120. During the life of this Agreement, there shall be no lockout, strike, picketing, boycotting, stoppage of work, anti-company publicity or other economic action of whatsoever nature, against the Company. It is understood that it shall be a violation of this Agreement for the Union or its agents to require its members to observe picket lines set up by any labor organization at the premises of the Employer.
