Road Fund definition

Road Fund means the Road Fund established by section 16 of the Road Fund Administration Act;
Road Fund means the fund established or to be established in a Borrower’s province by respective provincial government for purposes of funding road maintenance in accordance with paragraph 12 of Schedule 5 to this Agreement.
