Road Fund definition

Road Fund means the fund established or to be established in a Borrower’s province by respective provincial government for purposes of funding road maintenance in accordance with paragraph 12 of Schedule 5 to this Agreement.

Road Fund - This fund is for road and bridge construction and repair.
