Road Fund definition

Road Fund means the Road Fund established by section 16 of the Road Fund Administration Act; “Road Fund Administration Act” means the Road Fund Administration Act, 1999;
Road Fund means the fund established or to be established in a Borrower’s province by respective provincial government for purposes of funding road maintenance in accordance with paragraph 12 of Schedule 5 to this Agreement.
Road Fund means the road fund established under section 18;

Road Fund means the National Road Fund established under section sixteen of the National Road Fund Act, 2002;
