Road Fund definition

Road Fund means the Road Fund established by section 16 of the Road Fund Administration Act; “Road Fund Administration Act” means the Road Fund Administration Act, 1999;
Road Fund means the road fund established under section 18;
Road Fund means the National Road Fund established under section sixteen of the National Road Fund Act, 2002;

  • The Borrower, through the Road Fund, shall ensure that potential adverse environmental impacts arising from the Project are minimized by implementing all the mitigation measures presented in the IEE and SIEE.

  • The Borrower, through the Road Fund and/or the REPC (as applicable), shall make available all counterpart funds required for timely and effective implementation of the Project, and shall ensure that the resources thus required are made available on an annual basis for each fiscal year.

  • The Borrower, through the Road Fund, will ensure that Works contracts will include an obligation on the part of contractors to comply with road safety measures.

More Definitions of Road Fund

Road Fund means the fund established or to be established in a Borrower’s province by respective provincial government for purposes of funding road maintenance in accordance with paragraph 12 of Schedule 5 to this Agreement.

Road Fund means the fiduciary fund established pursuant to Mongolia’s Law on Special Government Funds, dated June 29, 2006, for purposes of developing, maintaining, inspecting and evaluating Mongolia’s roads network.
