Rollover Reserve Cap definition

Rollover Reserve Cap shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.1 hereof.
Rollover Reserve Cap means, as of the date of determination, an amount equal to the Aggregate Square Footage multiplied by Ninety-Eight Cents ($0.98), provided that in the event that the Debt Service Coverage Ratio based on the trailing twelve (12) month period immediately preceding such date of determination is equal to or greater than 1.71 to 1.00, the Rollover Reserve Cap shall mean, as of the date of determination, an amount equal to the Aggregate Square Footage multiplied by Forty-Nine Cents ($0.49). The Rollover Reserve Cap as of the Closing Date is Nine Million Five Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Twelve and No/100 Dollars ($9,558,712.00).
Rollover Reserve Cap means an amount equal to Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($750,000.00).

Examples of Rollover Reserve Cap in a sentence

  • Following the release of a Release Property in accordance with Section 2.6.1, Lender shall adjust the Replacement Reserve Cap, the Rollover Reserve Cap and (if applicable) the other amounts thereafter required to be deposited by Borrower into the Reserve Accounts to reflect amounts required solely for the remaining Individual Properties after giving effect to such release.

  • If at any time thereafter the amount of the Rollover Reserve funds on deposit in the Rollover Reserve Account is less than the Rollover Reserve Cap, then Borrower shall recommence and continue making Rollover Reserve Monthly Deposits to the Rollover Reserve Funds, until the amount of Rollover Reserve Funds on deposit in the Rollover Reserve Account equal or exceed the Rollover Reserve Cap.

  • Once the T-Mobile Rollover Reserve Cap has been met, and the entire T-Mobile Property has been re-let pursuant to an approved Lease or Leases, the funds in the T- Mobile Rollover Reserve Subaccount will be available for Approved Leasing Expenses for the T-Mobile Property with respect to the T-Mobile Property.

  • When the amount of Rollover Reserve Funds on deposit with Lender equals or exceeds the Rollover Reserve Cap, Borrower may cease making monthly deposits to the Rollover Reserve Funds.

  • Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the amount in the Rollover Reserve Fund shall not exceed $408,000.00 in the aggregate (the “Rollover Reserve Cap”) on any Payment Date (after giving effect to the payment of the Rollover Reserve Monthly Deposit) and accordingly, to the extent a Rollover Reserve Monthly Deposit would result in the aggregate amount in the Rollover Reserve Account to exceed the Rollover Reserve Cap, such Rollover Reserve Monthly Deposit shall be decreased by an amount equal to such excess.

  • Required Reserve Fund Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is less than 0.25%, the amount, if any by which (a) the product of 1.00% and the Pool Balance for such date exceeds (b) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date. With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is equal to or greater than 0.25%, the amount, if any, by which (i) $1,000 exceeds (ii) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date. Provided, however, that on any Distribution Date on which the Class Principal Amount of each Class of LIBOR Certificates has been reduced to zero, the Required Reserve Fund Amount shall be zero.
