Roof repair means the reconstruction or renewal of any part of an existing roof for the purposes of correcting damage or restoring pre-damage condition.

Roof repair means the reconstruction or renewal of less than or equal to 10% of the roof square footage or two roof squares of an existing roof for the purposes of its maintenance.

  • Building system means plans, specifications and docu- mentation for a system of manufactured building or for a type or a system of building components, which may include structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and variations which are sub- mitted as part of the building system.
