Rooms and Services definition

Rooms and Services means collectively the hotel rooms and related services to be provided by Hotel as described in Appendix A (Rooms and Scope of Services).

  • County shall also have the option, in its sole discretion and without penalty of any kind, to terminate this Agreement upon a determination by the County that Hotel is unable to continue to provide the Rooms and Services described in Appendix A or otherwise in this Agreement.

  • Hotel shall submit monthly invoices by the fifteenth (15th) working day of each month, in the format attached in Appendix C, based upon the number of Rooms and Services provided in the immediately preceding month.

  • Hotel shall provide an invoice to the County on a monthly basis for compensation under this Agreement for the Rooms and Services (“Compensation”) provided in the immediate preceding month, unless a different schedule is set out in Appendix B, "Calculation of Charges." Compensation shall be paid for the Rooms and Services identified in the invoice that the Director of the General Services Agency (“GSA Director”), in his or her sole discretion, concludes has been satisfactorily provided.

  • Hotel is not entitled to any payments from County until the GSA Director confirms that the Rooms and Services have been provided in a manner satisfying all of the requirements of this Agreement.

  • Rooms and Services that do not conform to the requirements of this Agreement may be rejected by County and in such case must be replaced by Hotel without delay at no cost to the County.

  • The Rooms and Services to be provided and performed by Hotel are personal in character and neither this Agreement nor any duties or obligations hereunder may be assigned or delegated by Hotel unless first approved by County by written instrument executed and approved in the same manner as this Agreement.

  • Hotel agrees to maintain and make available to the County, during regular business hours, accurate books and accounting records relating to the Rooms and Services.

  • If Hotel fails to provide Rooms and Services in accordance with Hotel's obligations under this Agreement, the County may withhold any and all payments due Hotel until such failure to perform is cured, and Hotel shall not stop performance under this Agreement as a result of County's withholding of payments as provided herein.

  • Having gone through a public consultation exercise with residents, businesses and local and statutory groups, officers have made amendments and improvements to the design that was originally proposed and consulted upon.

Related to Rooms and Services

  • Goods and Services or "goods or services" means any work, labor, commodities, equipment, materials, or supplies of any tangible or intangible nature, except real property or any interest therein, provided or performed through a contract awarded by a purchasing agent, including goods and property subject to N.J.S.A. 12A:2-101 et seq.

  • Supplementary aids and services means aids, services and other supports that are provided in regular education classes or other education-related settings and in extracurricular and nonacademic settings to enable children with disabilities to be educated with children without disabilities to the maximum extent appropriate.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Services plan means a written statement that describes the special education and related services the school district will provide to a parentally-placed child with a disability enrolled in a private school located in the district, including the location of the services and any transportation necessary, consistent with 34 CFR §§ 300.132, 300.137-139.

  • Planning and service area or “PSA” means a geographic area of the state that is designated by the commission for purposes of planning, development, delivery and overall administration of services under a multiyear area plan. “PSA” may be interpreted as either singular or plural dependent on context. “Provider” means any person, company, firm, association or other legal entity that provides services

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.
