Rooms and Services definition

Rooms and Services means collectively the hotel rooms and related services to be provided by Hotel as described in Appendix A (Rooms and Scope of Services).

Examples of Rooms and Services in a sentence

  • If Hotel fails to provide Rooms and Services in accordance with Hotel's obligations under this Agreement, following written notice of such failure the City may withhold any and all payments due Hotel until such failure to perform is cured, and Hotel shall not stop performance under this Agreement as a result of City's withholding of payments as provided herein.

  • Hotel shall submit monthly invoices by the fifteenth (15th) working day of each month, in the format attached in Appendix C attached hereto and made a part hereof, based upon the number of Rooms and Services provided in the immediately preceding month.

  • Hotel agrees to maintain and make available to the City, during regular business hours, accurate books and accounting records relating to the Rooms and Services.

  • The Rooms and Services to be provided and performed by Hotel are personal in character and neither this Agreement nor any duties or obligations hereunder may be assigned or delegated by Hotel unless first approved by MaineHousing by written instrument executed and approved in the same manner as this Agreement.

  • If Hotel fails to provide Rooms and Services in accordance with Hotel's obligations under this Agreement, MaineHousing may withhold any and all payments due Hotel until such failure to perform is cured, and Hotel shall not stop performance under this Agreement as a result of MaineHousing's withholding of payments as provided herein.

  • Hotel shall apply for an exemption from the payment of hotel (transient occupancy) taxes with respect to Rooms and Services provided under this Agreement.

  • Charges for the Rooms and Services will accrue only after prior written authorization certified by the Controller, and the amount of City’s obligation hereunder shall not at any time exceed the amount certified for the purpose and period stated in such advance authorization.

  • City shall also have the option, in its sole discretion and without penalty of any kind, to terminate this Agreement upon a determination by the City that Hotel is unable to continue to provide the Rooms and Services described in Appendix A or otherwise in this Agreement.

  • Rooms and Services that do not conform to the requirements of this Agreement may be rejected by MaineHousing and in such case must be replaced by Hotel without delay at no cost to MaineHousing.

  • Rooms and Services that do not conform to the requirements of this Agreement may be rejected by City and in such case must be replaced by Hotel without delay at no cost to the City.

Related to Rooms and Services

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Goods and Services or "goods or services" means any work, labor, commodities, equipment, materials, or supplies of any tangible or intangible nature, except real property or any interest therein, provided or performed through a contract awarded by a purchasing agent, including goods and property subject to N.J.S.A. 12A:2-101 et seq.

  • Supplementary aids and services means aids, services, and other supports that are provided in regular education classes or other education-related settings to enable a child with a disability to be educated with non-disabled children to the maximum extent appropriate in accordance with 707 KAR 1:350.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Electricity Services means the services associated with the provision of electricity to a person, including the exchange of electric energy, making financial arrangements to manage financial risk associated with the pool price, Distribution Access Service, system access service, ancillary services, billing, metering, performing load settlement and any other services specified in regulations made under the Act;

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • New Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 7.1;

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Services plan means a written statement that describes the special education and related services the school district will provide to a parentally-placed child with a disability enrolled in a private school located in the district, including the location of the services and any transportation necessary, consistent with 34 CFR §§ 300.132, 300.137-139.

  • Planning and service area or “PSA” means a geographic area of the state that is designated by the commission for purposes of planning, development, delivery and overall administration of services under a multiyear area plan. “PSA” may be interpreted as either singular or plural dependent on context. “Provider” means any person, company, firm, association or other legal entity that provides services

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Multiphase professional services contract means a contract for the providing of professional

  • Recreational Services means (unless otherwise defined in this document) services that consist of participation in:

  • Hospice services means symptom and pain management to a terminally ill individual, and emotional, spiritual and bereavement services for the individual and their family in a place of temporary or permanent residence, and may include the provision of home health and home care services for the terminally ill individual.

  • Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.
