Rounding The Delivery Amount and the Return Amount will be rounded up and down to the nearest integral multiple of CAD 10,000 respectively, subject to the maximum Return Amount being equal to the Credit Support Balance.
Rounding Amount means, if the Relevant Currency is (a) USD or EUR, 1,000 units of the Relevant Currency, unless otherwise specified in Schedule 1 to these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms, (b) JPY, 100,000 units of the Relevant Currency, unless otherwise specified in Schedule 1 to these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms, or (c) any other currency, such amount approved by the relevant Convened DC and set forth in Schedule 1 to these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms.
Grounding means the formal prohibition of an aircraft to take-off and the taking of such steps as are necessary to detain it;

Maximum Available Minutes is the sum of all Deployment Minutes across all Relays deployed by Customer in a given Azure subscription during a billing month.

Runway means a defined rectangular area on a land aerodrome prepared for the landing and take-off of aircraft;
Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.
Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

Credit Available for Export Transactions means a designation of credit to be used for Export Transactions that is allocated by each Market Participant from its Credit Available for Virtual Transactions, and which reduces the Market Participant's Credit Available for Virtual Transactions accordingly.
Cubic Meter or "m3" means the volume of Petroleum which occupies one (1) cubic meter and equals 264.1721 United States gallons and 6.2898108 barrels.
Pounds means the lawful currency of the United Kingdom.
Diameter means the diameter of the stem of a tree measured outside the bark at a specified point of measurement.
Cubic Metre means the volume of gas which occupies one cubic metre when such gas is at a temperature of 15 degrees Celsius, and at a pressure of 101.325 kilopascals absolute;
Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the thirty-minute reserve requirement for the PJM Region established consistent with the Applicable Standards, plus any additional thirty-minute reserves scheduled in response to an RTO-wide Hot or Cold Weather Alert or other reasons for conservative operations.
Round Trip means any trip, the ultimate destination of which is the origin, and which is made via the same routing in both directions.
Benchmark Unavailability Period means the period (if any) (x) beginning at the time that a Benchmark Replacement Date pursuant to clauses (1) or (2) of that definition has occurred if, at such time, no Benchmark Replacement has replaced the then-current Benchmark for all purposes hereunder and under any Loan Document in accordance with Section 2.14 and (y) ending at the time that a Benchmark Replacement has replaced the then-current Benchmark for all purposes hereunder and under any Loan Document in accordance with Section 2.14.
Volume Weighted Average Price means, for any security as of any date, the daily dollar volume-weighted average price for such security on the Primary Market as reported by Bloomberg through its “Historical Prices – Px Table with Average Daily Volume” functions, or, if no dollar volume-weighted average price is reported for such security by Bloomberg, the average of the highest closing bid price and the lowest closing ask price of any of the market makers for such security as reported in the "pink sheets" by Pink Sheets LLC.
Borrowing Multiple means (a) in the case of a Borrowing denominated in US Dollars, US$1,000,000 and (b) in the case of a Borrowing denominated in any Alternative Currency, 1,000,000 units of such currency.
Minimum Borrowing Amount means, with respect to any Borrowing of Loans, $500,000 (or, if less, the entire remaining Commitments at the time of such Borrowing).
Average consumption means the average consumption by a customer of a municipal service during a specific period, which consumption is calculated by dividing by three the total measured consumption of that service by that customer over the preceding three months;

An ecclesial community which on principle has no credal statements in its tradition, is included if it manifests faith in Christ as witnessed to in the Scriptures and is committed to working in the spirit of the above.All members of Churches Together in England and of Churches Together in Wales are deemed to be included in the above definition, as are all other churches and ecclesial communities that are in membership of any local Churches Together Group (by whatever title) on the above basis.
Scheduled Unavailability Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(b).
Credit Available for Virtual Transactions means the Market Participant’s Working Credit Limit for Virtual Transactions calculated on its credit provided in compliance with its Peak Market Activity requirement plus available credit submitted above that amount, less any unpaid billed and unbilled amounts owed to PJMSettlement, plus any unpaid unbilled amounts owed by PJMSettlement to the Market Participant, less any applicable credit required for Minimum Participation Requirements, FTRs, RPM activity, or other credit requirement determinants as defined in Tariff, Attachment Q.
kWh means kilowatt-hour.
